REONE (Real Estate One, www.reone-ai.com) is an independent real-estate information and marketplace service for Egypt. It is not affiliated with Real Estate One Inc. of Michigan, USA.
Information, not advice
Prices shown are asking prices taken from listed units and source evidence. They are not offers, valuations or completed-sale prices. Availability, payment plans and delivery dates change; confirm every detail with the developer or an advisor before deciding. Nothing on REONE is financial, legal or investment advice.
The assistant
The chat and voice assistant explain data retrieved from our catalog. It can make mistakes and cannot commit REONE or a developer to a price or a sale.
Your use of the site
Use REONE lawfully. Do not scrape it at scale, probe it for weaknesses, or submit others' personal data without their consent. We may limit or block abusive use.
Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry with consent, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp about your request. See the privacy notice for how data is used.
Social media
REONE publishes content to its own Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok profiles. Content there follows this page and each platform's own terms. See data deletion for how to remove personal data connected with our social accounts.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, REONE is not liable for decisions made from information on the site. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Egyptian law applies.
