Location, maps and voice

Location is optional. Your coordinates stay in this page’s memory and are not sent to our database or voice assistant. Map providers receive the visible map area. Google Maps links open an external service for the selected project.

Opening the voice window does not turn on the microphone. Only Start voice requests permission and sends speech to Google Gemini for conversation processing. Mute stops outgoing audio and End stops the session.

Website analytics and optional tags

Necessary storage keeps the site working and remembers your privacy choices. Optional tags stay off until you allow their category in the consent banner. Analytics includes Google Analytics. Marketing includes Google Ads, Meta Pixel and the custom tags an administrator assigns to it. Google Tag Manager runs after Analytics is allowed; Google Consent Mode keeps advertising storage off until Marketing is also allowed, and tags inside the container must respect that choice. Providers may receive your IP address, browser/device information, page URL and identifiers after you consent. REONE’s built-in enquiry event includes a receipt ID and enquiry category, without your name, phone, email, message or assistant transcript. You can reopen Privacy settings at any time from the control at the bottom of each public page. Previously loaded provider scripts may continue until you reload or leave the page.

Assistant memory

When you send your first message to the REONE assistant, by chat or voice, this browser gets an anonymous visitor identity, with no name or email needed. From then on the assistant keeps the text of your chat and voice conversations and a short profile: the preferences you stated (such as area, budget, property type and bedrooms), shortlisted properties and your first name if you gave it. It uses them to pick up where you left off on your next visit on this device. Recordings of your voice are not kept, only the text transcript.

This data can only be read with your visitor identity, and REONE staff do not have access to it. It is deleted automatically 90 days after your last conversation. Use Forget me in the assistant or the voice window at any time to delete it straight away and stop the assistant remembering anything on this device; you can turn memory back on from the same place. Clearing this site’s browser data also disconnects you from it, and it is then deleted after 90 days.

Phone checks and customer accounts

Phone numbers are checked against free numbering metadata by our own API. The validation endpoint does not store the number or send it to a separate validation vendor. A valid format does not prove ownership or an active line. Google customer sign-in uses a separate session from staff access. Saving a name and mobile to your customer profile requires a separate checkbox.

Preferences and enquiries

Language and selected preferences may be stored in your browser. Saving recommendation preferences is optional; uncheck it to clear them.

When you submit an enquiry with consent, the name, contact details, message, property, source page and consent time are sent to our database so staff can follow up. Do not send payment details or sensitive documents. Voice can prepare a review form but cannot submit it.
