Location, maps and voice

Location is optional. Your coordinates stay in this page’s memory and are not sent to our database or voice assistant. Map providers receive the visible map area. Google Maps links open an external service for the selected project.

Opening the voice window does not turn on the microphone. Only Start voice requests permission and sends speech to Google Gemini for conversation processing. Mute stops outgoing audio and End stops the session.

Phone checks and customer accounts

Phone numbers are checked against free numbering metadata by our own API. The validation endpoint does not store the number or send it to a separate validation vendor. A valid format does not prove ownership or an active line. Google customer sign-in uses a separate session from staff access. Saving a name and mobile to your customer profile requires a separate checkbox.

Preferences and enquiries

Language and selected preferences may be stored in your browser. Saving recommendation preferences is optional; uncheck it to clear them.

When you submit an enquiry with consent, the name, contact details, message, property, source page and consent time are sent to our database so staff can follow up. Do not send payment details or sensitive documents. Voice can prepare a review form but cannot submit it.
