Website visitors
Open the REONE assistant or the voice window and choose Forget me. This deletes your conversation history and saved preferences straight away. Otherwise they are deleted automatically 90 days after your last conversation.
Enquiries and customer accounts
To delete a callback request, a saved profile or an account, send a request with the form at the bottom of this page. Write "delete my data" and the phone number you used. We confirm the request, then delete the data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Facebook and Instagram
REONE's Meta app only publishes and manages content on REONE's own Page and Instagram account. It does not collect Facebook or Instagram profile data from visitors. If you commented or messaged on our accounts and want that content removed, send the request below with a link to the comment, or delete it yourself on the platform. You can also remove the app in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites.
