Where the numbers come from
A price reaches you only after it has been recorded, matched and checked. This is why you can trust a number or see that it is missing.
- SourceDevelopers and established Egyptian portals, read within each site's robots.txt and rate limits.
- EvidenceEvery price is stored as an observation with its source and date. Nothing is overwritten.
- MatchEach observation is matched to a developer, project or unit. Weak matches go to a person to review.

Do I need an account to use REONE?
No. Searching, comparing, the calculators and talking to Nour or Zaki need no sign-up.
Where do the prices come from?
From units listed by developers and established Egyptian property portals. Each price is kept as evidence with its source and date, matched to a project or unit, and weighted by trust and freshness before it is shown.
Are the prices final?
No. They are asking prices from listings, not completed sales, and they can change. Confirm price, availability and payment terms with the developer before any reservation.
Can Nour or Zaki make a mistake?
Nour and Zaki explain and narrate figures the data returns; they do not generate prices. If the data is missing they say so. Treat their answers as a starting point and confirm important details.
When is my microphone used?
Only after you press start in the voice dialog, with a visible indicator while it is live. It is never requested when a page loads or the dialog opens.
How do I reach a person?
